Tier 1 Health Coaching

Includes the following:

  • Bi-weekly private health coaching sessions are fifty minutes long. Activities may include:

    • Goal setting

    • Education

    • Identifying and working through progress blockers

    • Encouragement and accountability

    Sometimes I will set up a custom workshop if it’s needed ;)

  • Reiki sessions will alternate weeks with your health coaching sessions, during the same time-slot. Virtual reiki sessions are just as effective as in-person, just more convenient.

  • After completing an intake session, I will provide a custom herbal formula to help bring your unique body into balance and expedite your healing journey. This can be a tincture, tea-blend or both. Herbs and delivery style are selected to meet your needs and preferences.

  • By the end of this session you will be able to walk through the grocery store with confidence. I will teach you what to look out for when grocery shopping and how to read food labels. We’ll also go through your kitchen and mark items for replacement. This is an in-person session for local clients (DMV area).

  • I will be available for text messaging privileges anytime. You’ll have a built-in bestie in your journey!

  • You’ll get instant access to both of my online classes “The Moon Mastery Program“ and “The Self Care Bootcamp“. Topics include fitness, recovery, nutrition, mindfulness, gut health, hormone balancing, sleep hygiene etc. Courses include a variety of resources including: nutrition trackers, journal prompts, guided meditations, food lists, an anti-inflammatory cookbook and more.
