  1. Look out for your invite to book a Health History session

    I will review your answers and send you a link to schedule a Health History session. This is a 20 min check-in to help me better understand your needs and ensure we are a good fit in working together.

  2. Fill out your Health History form before we meet

    This should take 10 min. Please try to fill it out 24 hours in advance so I have time to review.

  3. Review and sign your contract

    If everything looks good, I’ll send you a proposal/contract via email. This outlines the program details, cancellation policy, payments etc. Once signed, we’ll book your bi-weekly sessions and you’ll receive instant access to my online resources.
