Next steps…

  1. Look out for your invite to book a Health History session

    This is a 20 min check-in, so I can better understand your needs and ensure we are a good fit in working together.

  2. Fill out your Health History form before we meet

    This should take 10-15 min. Please try to fill it out 24 hours in advance so I have time to review.

  3. Review and sign your contract

    If everything looks good, I’ll send you a proposal/contract via email. This outlines the program details, cancellation policy, payments etc. Once signed, we’ll book your bi-weekly sessions and you’ll receive instant access to my online resources.
